Scott and Brenda sorry for the loss of your mom. Loosing our moms is never easy no matter the age or health they had. Our moms are our fans for life and the love they give so unconditional. She was such a pleasant mix of both mom and friend, which makes the loss even greater. Joyce always spoke with a big smile and enjoyed her little shopping buddy and plymate Brenda. You are in our thoughts and pryers.

Scotty, on behalf of my parents Ed & Gail McGillivray, myself and my husband Derrick, we are so very sorry to hear about Aunt Joyce’s passing. We loved her so very much. We have so many amazing memories of your Mom, I will never forget the poems she would write for my Grandpa that would have him in stitches. She was always such a joy to be around, and she will never be forgotten. After all these years with Uncle Ralph, they are finally reunited and I’m sure it was amazing. Take care of yourself, stay in touch with Mom. Our hearts go out to you, Brenda and your family xo

HI Scotty & Brenda. Memories of Aunt Joyce will always remain fresh in our minds. Every visit was filled with laughter and humourous anecdotes. My memories begin with Christmas visits to Deverell Crescent, Fire Fighters picnics and CBC interviews. Most of all her kindness and generosity will always be cherished. She was and will always remain a wonderful gift that we had the luxury of sharing.
