As a member of the Durabody family, I found Randy to be a no-nonsense straight shooter who treated employees, customers and associates alike, with courtesy and respect.

He expected the best from you and, in turn, he gave you his best. Whether it was help, advice or a kick to get you started, you knew from his winning smile and positive encouragement that you were part of a team. In many ways he was the glue that kept the balance between the “sky is the limit” and the “better check it again” philosophies. The first to give credit when it was due and, equally important, when not.

    He will be missed!

With our thoughts and deepest condolences to Doreen and family.

    To The Lemire Family,
My very deepest sympathies go out to you.. I am one of the bar tenders at the beetion Legion.. Randy would come in and sign the 50/50 and always have a “quick” beer.. But it was his little chit chats that I’ll always remember.. Thank you for being such a remarkable man Randy.. You will truly be missed..

Dear Doreen, Lori and Mike, Randy’s passing saddens us greatly. I know the loss I feel by his demise and I see how great a loss you’ve experienced by his much too early passing. Words seem to fail me right now, but I remember how we fought as children. As time passed, I grew to respect him for the truly remarkable person he was. Randy decided what he wanted in life and then proceeded to work diligently toward that end. Randy took an honourable route through life, showing respect for others and he never failed to provide a helping hand to those he encountered. By showing his love and respect for those who passed his way, Randy earned the respect of the whole community; he will be sadly missed and will be well-remembered. At this difficult time I offer you the best I have to give. I offer you my prayers and the certain knowledge that Randy is in the loving hands of our Lord and Saviour. We grieve his passing and will remember a fine, honourable man and a life well lived. In time the pain will abate, but our love will continue and he will be remembered with joy, for the happiness he brought to others.

As time goes by extended families drift ever further apart, this somehow, does not diminish the shock of realizing that another part of one’s childhood in Melville Sask. has slipped away.

I would like to offer Randy’s family deepest and most sincere condolences and may his soul rest in peace.

His aunt Berthe Lemire insures me that she will include Randy in her daily prayers.
