We are so sorry to hear about Betty. We have known all of you for many years. Bill and Betty stood up for us at our wedding. We had so much fun. Our friendship was more then that we loved them and you as family. We couldn’t have never gotten throw the loss of Jeff if it was not for them both. When we would call we knew we would talk for hours. We loved to hear everything the two of you were up to. You gave so much to your mom. You were always there for her you always loved her no matter what. You made she she was happy. You made her life the best it could be. Betty was lucky to have you as her son. We are here if you need us. Always remember she loved you so much. You were a great son and you made her happy. Rest in peace Betty we loved you and you will always be remember.

Travis I was sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. I had not seen her in a number of years, but her smile and the memories of the great times that were had around Schomberg involving both your mom and dad will be a part of my memories forever. Always a laugh was shared no matter how long you were in their Company, a quick hello, or sharing some fun at a Schomberg event like the dances that use to happen, the ball tournaments or the Schomberg Fair, laughter surrounded those visits always. Take Care of yourself Travis and may knowing your parents meant a great deal to a lot of people help with the loss you are feeling. Take Care

Oh Travis-I was so sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. At least now, I believe, she is free from that pain and in a much better place. Can you just imagine that reunion with Bill-they’ll have all the angels laughing and all the hi-jinx and stories will go on forever!
Betty was absolutely the best ‘land-lady’ I have ever had and her and Bill always made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
My years in that apartment were happy times, never a dull moment! The one story that I CAN tell was when my purse mysteriously showed up under the Breedon’s dining room table. When Betty asked me if I was missing anything, I hesitantly said no, but really I was missing two whole days!!!! All in good fun and any time it would come up in the conversation, we would have another good laugh and wonder how we ever survived those days.
That deck was a hive of activity and if you walked past and Bill hollered at you, you had better of returned or he would just keep hollering until you did. Schomberg is a ‘sweet’ place to live for many reasons, but the characters that have made up the substance of Schomberg will never leave and Bill and Betty are two of those characters!
