Mark Partland says
Poppa is my best friend, from when we were children I remember him helping me up to the first branch of his maple tree where I learned to climb. I remember waiting to take turns for rides on his lawn tractor. Even more exciting when he let my brother and I drive it around by ourselves. I can remember him loading video games on to his computer for me to play when I would come over to visit. No matter how much chaos was going on is his busy house, he always found time to spend with me and make me feel important.
I will keep the memories of you from over the years in my heart and hope to be able to pass on the lessons I learned from you on to others.
Miss you so much already Poppa.
