AITCHISON EwartAitchison, Ewart Nelson surrounded by the love of his family passed away peacefully on March 12 2024 after a short but courageous battle with cancer in his 68th year. He was unconditionally loved by his wife Dale. Loving father of Amanda (Paul), Derrick, Michael (Kate), Darryl, Amanda (Dustin), Andrew, and Matthew and cherished Papa to 8 beautiful grandchildren. Ewart will be dearly missed by his sister, Dalyce (Dan) and fondly remembered by his nephews, extended family, and friends.

Ewart was a proud local business owner of over 40 years, and grateful for the community’s patronage and loyalty.

Ewart’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind. With his great passion for Hockey, Dodge trucks and dogs his love and legacy will continue to inspire us all.

A private service will be held with family and close friends at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Rd., Tottenham on Friday March 15, 2024

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ewart’s memory to Matthews House Hospice. Online condolences and memories may be left for the family at www.RodAbramsFuneralHome.com.

He always kept a generational tradition of helping the Beeton Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion by providing and delivering materials over the years. He will be missed by many in our community.
