    Di,

My heart breaks for you. I can’t think of a single word that could take away the tremendous loss you are feeling. In time, memories become blessings. You loved and he loved you very much. Nothing about this is easy, and it just hurts. The world is a little darker with Ronnie gone. I’m so sorry Di. Love you very much.

To Diane and family, my deepest condolences. I was sad to hear the sad news about Ron. I worked with him for many years at Green Tractors and have fond memories. He was a great mentor to me over the years and taught me a lot. He had a great sense of humour and always kept me laughing. Rest in peace, you will be missed, Ron.

“A father is neither an anchor to hold us back, nor a sail to take us there, but a guiding light whose love shows us the way.”

Dearest Jeremy, Stacey, Peyton, Callie and the entire Westover family,

When we lose someone we love, we must learn not to live without them, but to live with the love they left behind, because life isn’t forever…Love is. May each one of you, continue to find comfort now and always in the beautiful love you shared together as a family. Always remember, we never truly lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make, just as they did when they were living, because their love and guidance leaves a lingering imprint in our memories forevermore…
Jeremy, through knowing you and all your kindhearted and thoughtful ways, I have no doubt your father left behind a family that resembles him.

A poem in memory of your father…

A Limb Has Fallen From Our Family Tree:

A limb has fallen from our family tree.
I keep hearing a voice that says, “Grieve not for me”.
Remember the good times, the laughter, the songs.
The good life I lived while I was strong. Continue my heritage, I’m counting on you. Keep smiling and surely the sun will shine through.
My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest. Remembering all, how I truly was blessed. Continue traditions, no matter how small.
Go on with your life, don’t worry about falls.
I miss you all dearly, so keep up your chin.
Until the day comes when we’re together again.

Cherish the many memories you have created together as a family, as they will help keep all of you close and connected to your father/grandfather, (and each other) for always.

Sending healing prayers and caring thoughts for comfort in the days and months ahead.

    With deepest sympathy,
    Tony, Jacqueline and Leighton xoxo
