    Kirk, Jeffrey and Elaine;

    Words cannot express our heartfelt condolences for the passing of Grace. Our prayers are with you all at this time. She was a beautiful woman both inside and out. And a great cook! Eight Great grandkids wow !! She has truly left behind a tremendous legacy. But as her name suggests – With the grace of God she is in a better place now and as God called her number at this time; she obediently answered His call.
    Take the time to mourn her loss from this world for yourselves and take peace in your hearts that His says in Matthew 5:4 – “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” You will find comfort in mourning.
    And always remember you were all blessed with an incredible woman as a mother, grandmother, great grandmother and caregiver. Peace be with you. Greg, Ronnie, Mike Nolan and Khristine Del Rosario.

    I had such a lovely chat with Grace at Christmas time. I told her that I had decorated the hallway at 2 Main St. W. with her paintings that I’d purchased from her yard sale. I refer to that section of the wall as the Grace Peters collection! If any of her descendants don’t have one I would be happy to part with mine, but I know she was pretty prolific, so I doubt that is the case. I can only imagine how many patients were comforted by her warm manner during her career. A life well lived!

    To the family of Grace, I offer my deepest condolences. Over the last while, we have not had the pleasure of Grace’s presence at our art group. She has been missed. However, the last time she came, she looked like a million dollars as she always did, so beautiful. That was Grace. Personally, Grace encouraged my painting and always treated my pictures like they were masterpieces. She was a lovely, kind, thoughtful person who was always up for a good laugh. I know you will all miss her in your daily lives but a spirit like Grace had, is never far from you. RIP Grace. You were a special person.

    I was so fortunate to work with Grace for years on the maternity ward at Stevenson Memorial. She taught me so much. Grace was a fabulous nurse and one shift she was left alone on maternity and she proudly delivered a baby on her own, as no other staff made it there in time. She loved Jack and was so proud of her kids. I am proud to display one of her paintings in my home and I think of her every time that I look at it. Rest well dear Grace.

    Kirk, Jeff and Elaine, I was so saddened to hear today of Grace’s passing! Oh, dear, what a terrible loss to our world! Your mother was such a kind, sweet, warm heart. Rarely ever a bad word to say about anyone. When we would chat, she would always inquire about the other members my family, too. So caring. I will remember her ever-welcoming smile when we arrived at a Peters’ Picnic and always a comforting hug at other gatherings. If any positives can be gathered today, it is to know that Grace was equally as welcomed “Home” into the arms of her true love and dance partner, Jack. Rest in peace, Grace!
