Lisa Beare

In Memorial

Beare LisaLisa Anne Beare (nee Azmier), age 56, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, surrounded by her family. Loving wife to Rod Beare, they were married for close to 25 years and was the proud and fierce mother to Tyson and Peyton (Mike Bowers). She leaves behind her Mom, Irene and is rejoicing with her Dad, the late Morris Azmier. Kind sister to Larry and beloved daughter-in-law to Bob and Judy Beare. Lisa will be dearly missed by her brother and sister-in-law’s, her wonderful aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews along with great-nieces and nephews.
The most loyal friend anyone could ask for. She cultivated bonds with so many and leaves us with incredible memories that will be cherished forever. All your family and friends will never forget you xo.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Lisa’s life will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at the Kate Aitken Agricultural Hall, 72 Second Street, Beeton, ON from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
Lisa was adamant about no flowers; however her request was to have donations made to Hope Air. During her appointments and treatments, she was fortunate and grateful to have her family and friends support her. Unfortunately she learned that there are so many that do not have such circumstances and would like donations to help others while they fight to live their lives.

Arrangements entrusted to Rod Abrams Funeral Home, Tottenham. Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.RodAbramsFuneralHome.com

    Dear Rod and Family,

Our hearts ache for your loss, Lisa (Baz) will always be remembered for the wonderful and loving person she was, with her quick wit and entertaining rants. She was the best first basewomen and teammate that Coach and I were very fortunate to play with, she enriched the lives of so many. May you find comfort and peace in the memories and love you shared.

    Roddy, Peyton and Tyson,
We are so sorry for your loss.
Lisa’s smile and charisma was truly one of a kind.
I’ll always remember Lisa’s criticism and unwavering devotion to giving errors to players on the ball diamond, no matter how hard the play was, she expected more of us. Thank you for making everyone around you better.
Rod, our hearts are with you and your family.

Lisa was like no other. From being the most loving Mama Beare, to her fierce competitiveness and for all the amazing friendships she formed with so many. She was a warm, friendly and passionate person with a zeal for life. Lisa was funny and so very interesting and was knowledgeable about so many topics, especially sports, and her great love of books. She was fun at work and on the ball field. She will be missed by so many. My sincere condolences to Rod, Tyson, Peyton and all of the Beare and Azmier families.

Rod, my sincere condolences. I didn’t have a lot of conversations with Lisa, but the ones I did have always left me motivated or armed with a new perspective that I hadn’t considered. Her passion was infectious and will be missed.

My heart breaks hearing this news, Lisa has always been one of my most favourite ball moms! Loud, happy, and mouthy just like me. I will forever remember our moments at the ball diamond.

    Lots of love

Lisa was an amazing woman. From the moment we first met, she was welcoming and warm, and continued to be that way even though we met intermittently. We were always glad to see her. She was funny, interesting and good fun. She always greeted us with a hug and a smile. She will be missed. Our condolences to the Beare and Azmier families.
