Loving father of Nelson and Ria, Tottenham, Margaret and Thomas Kent, Etobicoke, and Donna and the late Gord McAllister, Bolton. Remembered with love by his 5 grandchildren; John and Joanne, Shaun and Lissa, Kelly and Scott, Christa, and Scott and Nicole, and 6 great grandchildren.

Resting at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Road, Tottenham, 905-936-3477 on Monday, March 21, 2011 from 11am until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1p.m. Private family interment Tuesday at Glendale Memorial Gardens, Rexdale.

I have just read of Jack’s passing. I am very saddened by this. He was a good friend and offered us many years of friendship and joy at his home in Hockley. He was one of the first to hold my baby daughter in his arms and I have many pictures of him sharing pleasurable moments with my children, siblings and parents. I ‘baptized’ both my children in the waters by his home. Our family will never forget him.
