The World has Lost a Legend
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Luciano Lisi on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at Royal Victoria Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Beloved husband of 50 years to Melina Lisi (née Altomare). Luciano will be deeply missed by his loving daughter Stephanie (Ron) Littlejohn and his cherished granddaughter Ella.
He is now reunited in Heaven with his beloved son, Joseph.
Luciano will also be lovingly remembered by his brother Danny, and was predeceased by his brother Gianni.
Luciano will be remembered for the love he had for his family and the many memories he created with those closest to him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever remain in the hearts of his family and loved ones.
Luciano will be fondly remembered by his niece, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Family and friends will be received at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Rd., Tottenham, 905-936-3477 on Monday August 17, 2026 from 10:30am-12:30pm followed by Memorial Service in the chapel at 12:30pm. Reception to follow in the funeral home’s Cliffside Hall.
For those who wish, donations in memory of Luciano may be made to the Aplastic Anemia & Myelodysplasia Association of Canada. Online condolences and memories may be left for the family at www.RodAbramsFuneralHome.com.

Although many years have gone by, I remember cousin Luch fondly. One memory that has always stayed with me is seeing him arrive at our family home in Barrie on his motorcycle, stopping by to visit, share a drink, eat some Italian cheese, have a chat with Zio Bruno and Zia Rita, and enjoy some companionship. Mel you are the truest of friends and Luc was always the best. He let us get away with so much and never complained. Although we don’t see too much of each other in recent years, I am always thinking of you I’ll be there Monday Mel and am always there for you. My heart is breaking.
