Peacefully, at Bradford Valley, Orchard House, on Saturday, November 17th, 2012, at the age of 78. Childhood sweetheart and husband of Joan (Cabell) for 58 years. Beloved father of David (Christine), Paul (Debbie), and Janie (Bob). Loving grandfather and Papa of Jeffrey (Lindsay), Michael (Julie), Tim Edwards, Ryan and Kyle Edwards, and Katie and Gillian Boult. Proud great-grandfather of Nora Lynn Edwards. Loved brother of Betty Huisman. Son of the late George J. and Effie Edwards.
The family will receive friends at Schomberg United Church, 31 Church Street, Schomberg on Monday, November 19th, 2012 from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm. Family interment will follow in Schomberg Union Cemetery.
