Charlie was a fantastic neighbour and friend. He was the first neighbour to welcome us to Adjala. We will always keep close in our hearts his great stories, great advice, and lots of laughter. We will miss him deeply. Our condolences to the entire McGillion family.

My brother Larry (deceased) did renovation work and landscaping for Charlie at the cottage and my brother Wayne (deceased) also worked for Charlie in Bolton and Beamsville. Both my parents and my brothers thought very highly of Charlie. My thoughts are with you at this sad time.

Charlie was the best neighbour we could have had. He was always there to lend a hand. As a Rotarian for over 25 years, when volunteers were requested for club projects, Charlie was one of the first to raise his hand. He helped behind the scenes before an event, at the event, and often to clean up afterwards. He especially loved to contribute to anything that benefited children, anywhere in the world. We will miss him.
