Picco: Ronald Patrick “Ron”,
Peacefully at Matthews House Residence Hospice in Alliston on Monday March 24, 2014. Ron Picco in his 81st year, beloved husband of Frances “Fran” Picco. Loving father of John Patrick Picco, Thérèse Picco (Enrico Basco), Thomas Picco (Cindy Bawdick), Kathryn Picco and the late Constance Picco. Loving Grandfather of Patrick and Benjamin Basco and Connor, Haidyn and Jackson Picco. Sadly missed by his siblings: Emily Picco, Imelda Zeagman (the late Paul), Phillip Picco (Angela), George Picco (Daisy) and the late Anne Picco, Mary Picco, Raymond Picco and Patrick Picco. Dear brother-in-law of Lillian Picco and Mary Picco. Forever in the hearts of all his extended family and friends.
The family would like to thank Matthews House Hospice Alliston for all their dedicated care and compassion.
The family will receive friends at Rod Abrams Funeral Home #1666 Tottenham Rd., Tottenham 905-936-3477 on Thursday March 27, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. James Church Colgan on Friday March 28, 2014 at 11am. Interment to follow in St. James Cemetery Colgan. In memory of Ron donations to Matthews House Hospice (www.canadahelps.org -6028 Highway 89, Box 10060, Alliston ON, L9R 0B7) would be appreciated by the family.
