Paul and Sandy: I was just thinking of Pinky the other day, telling a story really; three years ago I went to visit him in hospital, but was intercepted by a nurse. “Pinky said, ‘I don’t want any ….. ministers’ visiting him.” “Nah,” I said, “he just doesn’t want any old baptists praying over him. I’ll take off my collar…” I did, and he was really glad to see me. I’m sorry for your loss, folks. Do take care.

Sandy, Paul, and the Robinson family.
I have only just heard of Pinky’s passing, and I am sorry to hear this news. Although my memories of Pinky are from “way back in High School days” and for a few years beyond that, I have fond memories of Pinky and his humour.
My thoughts and prayers are with you now as you remember and celebrate the life of a man who was special to each of you.

Pinky was the most talented player I have ever seen, and was my favorite Hornet. He always had a sense of humor that radiated from him. He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayer go to Paul and the Robinson family at this time. Thanks Pinky for all the memories.
