(RCAF Service WWII, Retired TTC, Member of Maple Masonic Lodge).
Passed away at Tall Pines Long Term Care Brampton, in his 94th year, beloved husband of the late Martha Elizabeth “Betty”. Loving father of Lynne and Dave Hitchings, Jim and Marilyn Cairns, and Carol and the late John Cornwall. Remembered with love by his 8 grandchildren: Debbie, David, Dale, Heather, Lauren, Elaine, Krista, and Amanda, 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
A Celebration of Life service will be held in North Bramalea Presbyterian Church, 925 North Park Drive Brampton, on Wednesday October 15th, 2014 at 2:00 pm. Donations in Leonard’s memory to the Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada, 350 – 1101 Kingston Rd. Pickering ON., L1V 1B5 would be appreciated by the family.
