Suddenly, but peacefully with her family and friends by her side at Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland, on Sunday, March 27th, 2016 at the young age of 26 years. Lindsay is the loving wife of Ryan Hartman-Crooke, and incredible mother to Emily Madisyn Hartman-Crooke. Beloved daughter of Kimmie (Horan) Chaulk, Michael Beers, and much loved step-daughter to Alex Chaulk and Juanita Burt. Truly adorable daughter-in-law of Rick Crooke, Cathy Bennett, and Missy Hartman. Loving big sister of Darci, Alicia, and step sister to Patricia, and Jamie. Special aunt to Joey and Dora. Granddaughter of Margaret and Clarence Gillies. Lindsay will be greatly missed and never forgotten by her Papa Ron Horan and Nana Rose Horan and her Nana Karon. Remembered with love by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. “Bling”, her best 4 legged friend, will long for her until they meet again.
The family will receive friends at Rod Abrams Funeral home, 1666 Tottenham Road, Tottenham, 905-936-3477 on Saturday, April 2nd, 2016 from 10:00 am until 11:30 am, then to St. James Church, Colgan for Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 noon. Cremation to follow. A celebration and time of sharing memories will take place at a later date.
