Forfar, Russell Maxwell
(Prominent builder and local hockey player in the 50’s and 60’s)
At his home in Keenansville, on Friday April 21st, 2006. Russell Forfar, in his 78th year, beloved husband of Donna Pattenden. Loving father of Joanne and Jim VanHoogevest, Brian, Beth and Russ Popel, Keith, Chris and Pamela. Loved by his grandchildren Justin, Jessica, Crystal, Wade, Julia, and his great-grandson Seth. Dear brother of Ralph and Gladys, Joe and Neem, Bob and Gloria, Fran (late Roy) Tindall, Bruce and Carol, Agnes (late Orval) Leitch, and pre-deceased by Marie Spang, Archie and Doug Forfar. Lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
Resting at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Road, Tottenham, 905-936-3477 on Wednesday, April 26th, 2006 from 5-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel, 11:00 am Thursday April 27th, 2006 followed by cremation. In memory of Russ those who wish may make donations to the ALS Society.
