Peacefully, surrounded by everything and everyone she loved, at her home, on Saturday June 11th, 2016. Jane (Pitcher) in her 78th year, beloved wife for 30 years of John McLachlan. Sadly missed by her step-daughter Tishann (Rob). Dear sister of Jim (deceased), his wife Stella, Ted, Joan (Larry), Pat (deceased), her husband Jean Jacque. Fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law Carol (Jim), Lisa (Ray), and Laurie (Phil). Sadly missed by nieces and nephews.
Respecting Jane’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral service. Donations in Jane’s memory to the Alliston and District Humane Society, P.O. Dear John, and family,43 years ago I met Jane and sold her a cannonball bed in Elora. We became close friends in business and personally,all the while Jane gave much energy and dedication to the antiques trade. When you entered her life she blossomed to another level as you shared the full spectrum of life.Jane leaves a void in my life as at times of need we gave encouragement to each other.
