Peacefully at Stevenson Memorial Hospital, Alliston, on Monday, January 9th, 2017. Bert Louwerse, in his 90th year, beloved husband of Nella. Father of Hendrik (Wendy) and the late Peter, and Angenita. Fondly remembered by his daughter-in-law Qi and his son-in-law Bruce Leech. Grandfather of Lukas and Emmalie. Dear brother of Nel, Liet and predeceased by his sister Angenita. Forever in the hearts of his extended family here and in the Netherlands.
Respecting Bert’s wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at Simcoe Manor, 5988 – 8th Line, Beeton on Saturday, January 21st, 2017 from 1-4 pm. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or Simcoe Village, Beeton, would be appreciated by the family.
