The Strachan Family was extremely important to the Pegg family and I am extremely sorry I missed the funeral of such a great man. My dad did most of his business at the Strachan garage and when I got my first car I followed suit!! Business was always done with the best of their abilities and always at a reasonable rate!! I am privileged to know the family and my thoughts are with you.

Elsie and family. My sincere condolences to you. I remember Bill from very early in my life–I went to the babysitter right next to garage. Bill’s mom used to feed me currents and I remember him being very friendly to the little kid who used to pester Bill Sr. and his mom. Bill was an extremely well respected man within the community and his term as Fire Chief was appreciated by everyone in our town.
