Our heartfelt sympathies to Deidre and the entire family. Paddy was a great visionary who opened the worlds eyes to the benefits of green technologies and products.

He also opened doors for many entrepreneurs and inventors over the years becoming one of the worlds experts on sustainable business practices.

Paddy actually changed the world for the better in a very big way and our family is honoured to have known him and I to have earned his respect.

You all are very fortunate to have had the opportunity to share your lives with such an incredible person.

Our deepest sympathy to the Carson family. We will always remember Paddy’s kindness to our little niece Sarah at little St. Mary’s Church, on the 10th Concession he always made her calm down with his Big smile and little treats that appeared out of his coat pockets. May the road rise up to meet him, and may he rest in peace!

It’s Thursday again and at the Stronach Cancer Centre we looked on our list and was disappointed to see if Patrick was not coming in. Inquired and was told he passed away.
It was always so uplifting to see him come off the elevator with a smile and a joke. He certainly made the place as brighter one.
He will be truly missed by us the Volunteers and staff at the hospital.
Know he’ll be a great asset in heaven.

Paddy cared about those around him, his family, his friends at Loblaws and the Irish community. He took pride in seeing other’s succeed and when they didn’t, was not afraid to offer support and advise.

Great friends throughout their lives, Paddy continued to “visit” my dad to share stories and jokes long after his passing. While, Paddy was physically removed from his birth home of Belfast and Ireland, he always remembered his roots. I cherish the opportunity of meeting Paddy on a number of occassions in Ireland and Canada and the craic we all enjoyed togther. His family were and are his strength and this will continue in them.

It’s with heavy hearts we sit down to say a few words of such a wonderful man who will truly be missed by everyone in our family. That’s not hard to do as we all have so many wonderful memories of Paddy however it is extremely hard to do knowing it will only be the memories going forward and we have lost a dear friend. It didn’t matter if it were a story or a joke being told, if it was Paddy simply asking how things were going or to talk about his grandchildren, he always had a way of making days brighter and things better. If you happened to be the newcomer to the circle, Paddy always managed to make you feel not only welcome but as though you were part of the family forever. His kindness, knowledge, sense of humor and just overall warmth have been felt by all of us since we were blessed with Paddy coming into our lives and he will be fondly remembered and missed immensely everyday going forward.
