Although we didn’t know Charlotte, we learned from the many heartfelt comments that she too was an animal lover, and loved going for walks with dogs. What a tragedy to lose a beloved daughter and at such a young age. Our hearts go out to you.

Her memory will live on in the knowledge that through donations made in her honour, more dogs will be rescued and have an opportunity for a better life. Thank you for generously considering FTH in this time of tremendous grief.

Heather, Drew and Farleigh, we want to thank you for sharing Charlotte with us. Over the years of cycling she was always a smiling, kind and inspiring little girl we always were excited to see. Summer would always watch cars arriving or kids warming up and seek out Charlotte and as soon as she saw her Summer’s face would light up. Charlotte was an awesome friend to Summer and never hesitated to help calm Summer down and make her laugh.
Our Monday nights after Midweek “Frosty’s” at Wendy’s were something we looked forward to. When ever we go to Wendy’s we will always order an extra Frosty for Charlotte.
We are so sorry for your loss but also so appreciative to have know Charlotte, she made our lives brighter for knowing her.

Charlotte was a wonderful neighbor, friend and babysitter. Our kids looked up to her with respect. She always did something fun with them. Even when the kids didn’t need too much supervision, they called her up to come play anyway as a friend. They got along so well with her. We as parents liked that as Charlotte and her sister Farliegh were a big part of my kids lives, I sometimes had to step in and tell my kids not to bother them too much as they had responsibilities and couldn’t always come over. Both girls have been great role models for our kids. We will miss you terribly Charlotte and so will the kids and Bosley our dog who loved to go for walks with Charlotte.

Your an amazing family with so much love you can see it in your beautiful girls. I know I can’t say anything to bring back your beautiful baby girl, but know in your heart she is no long battling the demon that was within her, She is now at peace and can smile without feeling like she is lieing to anyone. That touch you feel on your back, shoulder or the warmth on your cheek is her saying, “I’m right here with you all and I am okay.” Our hearts and thoughts are with you all during this very difficult time. Heather, I am so devastated for you and your family. Charlotte was so loved and cherished. You all did everything right. I know this to be true. Can I say F this disease? Know that we all love you and care deeply for you. Charlotte may be at rest, but her spirit lives on, you will see. May you soon find comfort and your smile as you reminisce over the many silly and loving memories shared. Sending you all lots of love.

Words cannot express our emotions at this time. Instead we offer huge hugs to each of you. When I think of Charlotte I think mostly of her huge smile, hardy laugh and all the silly antics she was always coming up with. She always made our family laugh. And oh what a pet lover she was. She had a heart of gold. We are going to miss her and her stories.
    May she rest in peace.
    Big huge hugs.

Our condolences. Everytime we saw Charlotte she brightened our day. Brandon would always question her about Farleigh. How she’s doing? Where is she and tell her he said hi. She always took the time to answer and brighten his day. Hugs.
