Today, after hearing about Freddy’s passing, will be a sombre time for me. Fred was an important mentor for me. He was a trusted and admired advisor as I entered my leadership roles on the Fire Service. He was always there with a smile or a shoulder to put to put to a hard task….whatever I needed. A brother, a gentleman, a professional who was truly loved by those he worked with. My condolences the all of Fred’s family and friends…..what a sweet man!
