Anne Scott

In Memorial

Scott: Margaret Anne Irene.
After a lengthy and difficult illness, on Sunday, August 8, 2021, in her 79th year, Margaret Anne Scott passed away peacefully at Stevenson Memorial Hospital, Alliston with her loved ones by her side. Beloved wife to Al Scott. Loving mother to Liz (Paul) and Terry (Yvonne). Cherished and special “Dollie” to granddaughters Courtney, Emily, Jessica, and Abbey. Dear sister to Murray Rhodes, Brenda & Greg Esson, and sister-in-law Monika Rhodes. Predeceased by siblings Bob, Sandra, Paul, and Arlene and parents Irene and Hubert. Great-grandmother to Kaleb, Karson, and Kolton. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and special friends.
Though struggling for the last few years, her love for her family kept her going showing what strength and resiliency she was made of. She filled all hearts she met with love and grace and will be a special angel to many. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
At her request, a private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, her family requests that donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Lung Association of Canada. Arrangements entrusted to Rod Abrams Funeral Home, Tottenham, 906-936-3477. www.RodAbramsFuneralHome.com

    Dear Al and Family,

Bruce and I were saddened to learn of Anne’s passing. Although we no longer live at Tecumseth Pines we do keep in touch with friends there and were aware that Anne had not enjoyed good health for some time. Still, her passing came as a surprise. I have fond memories of our drive back and forth to Alliston when she and I went to cardiac rehab there. We had great conversations and good laughs. I know she will be greatly missed and our thoughts are with you all during this difficult time. May she Rest In Peace.

Al and Anne’s family . I was sorry to hear of Anne’s passing. To say that she is no longer suffering is a small comfort in your time of grief but memories of her strength and love will lessen your loss in time. Please accept my sincere condolences.
