Peacefully at Matthews House Hospice Alliston, on Wednesday March 30th, 2022. Giuseppina Forte (nee:Turchiaro) at the age of 87 years, beloved wife of the late Francesco Forte. Loving mother of Rosalie (Paul) Obermeyer and Leonard Forte. Sadly missed by her grandchildren James (Melissa), Julia, Jasen, Amelia, and Christopher. Dear sister of Vincenzio (Giuseppina ) Turchiaro, Carmela (the late Vincenzo) Girimonte, Luigi (Caterina) Turchiaro, Ida (the late Salvatore) Degli Angeli. Predeceased by the late Maria (Michele) Spina, the late Francesco (the late Angela) Turchiaro, the late Pat (Mary) Turchiaro. Will also be missed by many special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends at Rod Abrams Funeral Home 1666 Tottenham Rd., Tottenham, 905-936-3477 on Tuesday April 5, 2022 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. James Church, Colgan on Wednesday April 6, 2022 at 2pm. Interment will follow in St James Cemetery Colgan.
