Bill – What a man! Ever ready to lend a hand and involved with all kinds of projects. He drove for the cancer society and supported Pat in her position with the Stevenson Memorial Auxiliary. Peter remembers him building a “space shuttle” for the hospital float and bringing laughter to the effort. Pat has lost her beloved partner, the children – their father the grandchildren – their wonderful grand dad and the community – a great volunteer. May God comfort you all and may we honour Bill by doing all the good and kind things he did.

Grandad, the world has lost a great man. I will always remember your wonderful smile, your kind heart, how you helped others, your sense of humor, your beautiful hair, your amazing talent as an artist and craftsman, and how terrific a dancer you were. I took great pleasure watching you and grandma dance. You had such a zest for life and will always be an inspiration. You will be missed.
