You were a little younger then myself and you were best friends with my Brother Robbie. You had sent me a letter before you passed that was soo heart felt. I was happy that I had you for Christmas in my home one year and went to visit you with my twin Nephews. You will greatly missed. May you rest in Peace. XOXO.

    Dearest Donna,
You have been one of the greatest friends to me that i ever had. Anytime i was having a bad day you would make me come over and we would have such a goosd time together. I am so sad about the news but i know u are in a beautiful place where there is no more pain or suffering. I will never forget you and you will always have a special place in my heart. You had such a big heart and absolutely had a passion for animals epecially your two babies sweetie pie and willow and you were the one to teach me about birds. We had so many good times together that i will cherish forever. I do love you so much and will never forget you. My sympathy goes out to your family. I know how much they meant to you. Love you always and forever, your dear friend,
    Amber xoxoxo

I met Donna Godfrey in Hockley Valley around the same time as her boyfriend John. She was quite a friendly person and loved nature and the out doors. I remember she was always going for long walks down country roads, on bush trails. Donna enjoyed riding on the back of John’s Harley and even on the back of my Ninja on one occasion.
I remember she would say “I can drive this bike” as she would say she wished she had a motorcycle licence. Donna was a positive person and fun to hang with.
Donna I’m sorry you had to leave us so soon. I know you are in Heaven and there is no better place..
Still I will miss hanging and riding with you, and your friendly laughter.

What tragic news John had to communicate to all of us – the loss of his loved one. Donna, I believe that you have gone to a better place, where smiles will surround you. You will be able to smile down on those that you loved. God bless you.

    Darling Donna,
If I were to look back on my childhood, remembering my best moments, you would be #1 on my list. You made me feel so loved in a world full of hate. When I knew you’d be babysitting, it was like Santa clause was coming to town! The second you’d sit on the couch, I’d jump ontop of you and we’d do that jumpy ride. You took me on the best trips. I always knew fun was ahead because you’d bring a light with you that filled my heart. Our bond will never be broken. You were and always will be my sunshine. Thank you for showing me how to be a better person. I can feel you all around me. You are so calm and serene. I love you so much Donna. You will never be forgotten. Ever. Until we meet again. Love Danielle ~~~’,~@

Aunt Donna I miss you already and I will miss you for my entire life. You taught me how to tell how far away a storm is and how to play lots of games. You loved me from the day I came into this world and I loved you. I will cherish every moment we spent together in the short time we had, I love you Aunt Donna forever and always Hailey.

    My sweet Donna,
You were and always will be my sunshine and my light, in my thoughts and dreams, every minute of every day.
You called me your knight in shining armour, but truly, you were my angel…you took care of me, you were my best friend, my partner.
We talked and dreamed about growing old together as we went on our country walks and drives and when we rode on my motor bike your smile was from ear to ear and your arms waving in the air.
I am so proud to have known and loved you my sweetie pie I will miss
your hugs and kisses, your smile your voice, all that you were.
Most of all I thank you, for choosing me to be in your life.
I will never forget you Donna. I love you sweetie pie
Until we meet again, may god bless and keep you.
Forever yours, your cutie pie John xo
