Peacefully at Simcoe Manor Beeton, on Friday October 23, 2020. Dorothy Ryan (nee: McGinty) at the age of 94 years, beloved wife of the late Dennis Ryan. Loving mother of John Joseph Ryan. Predeceased by her siblings John McGinty (Veronica), Mary Langley (Gregory), Sheridan McGinty (Genevieve), Agnes Kipp (Harry), Ida Orr (Emerson), Paul McGinty (Anna), Bernard McGinty (Mary), and Gregory McGinty (Marjorie). Remembered with love by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Rd., Tottenham, on Friday October 30, 2020. Following Pandemic protocols for Funeral Homes, all visitors must wear a face mask, and should only attend if they do not have a fever, cough, or any other Covid symptoms.
Visitation times will be set by Reserved Groups of up to 40 attendees per session. Visitation times are as follows: 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm, 2:45 pm to 3:15 pm, 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm, 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm, 7:45 pm to 8:15 pm, 8:30 pm to 9:00 pm (with 15 minutes intervals of cleaning/sanitization). All Attendees must Register Online Here (by clicking this link) or call the Funeral Home at 905-936-3477 to reserve a visitation time during one of those set periods.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. James Church Colgan on Saturday October 31, 2020 at 11:30am. Interment to follow in St. James Cemetery Colgan.
