Gord and Is were the finest of couples. They were welcoming, inclusive, generous,
objective and best of all- fun-loving,ensuring everyone in their presence shared in those good times. Is often invited me for dinner at the Lake, when I would be by myself, otherwise and Gord never took that boat out without offering me a ski. It was Gord that took me to Bolton to get my Driver’s License, encouraging me all the way over that I would pass and sharing my joy when I passed.
So, Gail,Reggie and Grant you have been blessed with an unbelievable legacy, So, take those memories and impress them into your memory chest-they will make you smile on the good days and ease you through the tough days. You truly had wonderful parents!

Isobel had such an incredible zest for life- she was one of those ladies/moms at that lake that always made you feel special and gave you that “so glad you are here” smile when you walked in the door. She could find the humor in almost everything and yet was always sincere and thoughtful when there were difficulties or sadness. She was the dearest of friends to my parents when I was growing up and her hospitality meant the world to us- and provided some incredible memories I will always cherish. My sympathies to her family and many friends that ripple across Canada and beyond. She was a grand lady.
Rest in Peace my dear and thank you for all.
