Our deepest sympathies to the Landry and Kearney family. Ernie will be missed by many. He always had a smile on his face when we saw him with John helping with the gardening and always a smart quip to throw out at John. Bless him. Rest in peace your work is done.

Sorry to hear of Ernie’s passing. I enjoyed his friendly nature and our short chats at church and at Bert’s. Hope there is a Tim Horton’s in Heaven! Rest in peace.

Ernie and Leo carefully collected bags of pinecones from their property for our Fall Wedding. I remember Ernie carefully selecting only the biggest most beautiful pinecones so very thoughtfully. We still use many of these beautiful pinecones in our Christmas decorations each year and we will fondly remember Ernie for his kindness, and always warm greeting whenever we met! Rest in peace Ernie,

    Love Kevin, Barb and Jack

We will all miss you very much Ernie. Your mood never seemed to change, always ready for a joke. I can just picture you in Heaven handing out bulletins to the newcomers as they arrive, and making them feel at home. Rest well good friend. Pam

My condolences to the Landry family and Ernie’s other families in the community. Ernie always had a smile and cheerful greeting for one and all. My dad enjoyed their chats when he would be leaving his hour at the church and John and Ernie would come on duty. He will be missed by all who knew him.

    Dear Ernie,
The girls remember fondly how much you loved it when they said grace. Our next family together won’t be the same without you. Our lives were better because you were in it.
    God bless.
