Shanahan, Juanita,
passed away, after a long and difficult illness on Sunday, October 11th, 2009. Juanita is predeceased by her loving husband and best friend Stan, her son Danny, her mother and father James and Mary Kinsella, and her two brothers Howard and Douglas Howard Kinsella.
Juanita is sadly and lovingly missed by her precious children Lynn (Wes Hodge), Karen (Andre Neuendorff), Derrick (Shirley Louie) and Darin Shanahan.
Nan’s love and spirit will be greatly missed by grandchildren Bradley Hodge (Leanne), Kimberley (Ryan Gentemann) and Lindsay Hodge (Brennan Palmer), Justin and Connor Neuendorff, Dustin Shanahan and Devin and Morgan Shanahan.
Missing Nan as well are her great grand children Jacqueline, Victoria and Olivia Hodge and the newest member of Nan’s family Keira Gentemann. as well as her faithful companion her dog Mulligan.
The Shanahan family wishes to thank the caring people who supported Mom through this difficult period;

By Juanita’s wish, a Mass to celebrate her life will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, 4781 Concession Rd. 5, RR 1 Alliston, ON L9R 1V1. Mass will be offered by Juanita’s long time friend Father David Fitzpatrick, at 11:00 am. Tuesday, October 13th,2009. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations will be gratefully acknowledged to Matthews House Hospice, 6028 Highway 89, P.O. Box 10060 Alliston, Ontario, L9R 0B7, in Juanita’s Memory.
