Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Good Samaritan Senior’s Complex, Alliston, on Tuesday, December 17, 2019. June, in her 97th year, beloved wife of the late Ira Sirr. Loving mother of Dianne (the late Hans) Hofman, Patricia (Tom) Smith, and the late John (Margaret) Sirr. Sadly missed by her grandchildren, Tawnia (John), Kerri (Dave), late Ronald, Karen (John), Scott (Jolene), Matthew (Stephanie) and her great grandchildren. Dear sister of Barbara (late John) and Tim (Myrna).
Respecting June’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of her Life will be held at a later late. Arrangements entrusted to Rod Abrams Funeral Home, Tottenham, 905-936-3477.

Dear Dianne, Pat and families
Out heartfelt condolences on the loss of your dear mom. June was a quiet, gentle soul, a good friend and neighbour.
The many days I spent with your mom will always be happy memories for me. We laughed, joked and enjoyed each other’s company. We talked about her many flower gardens which she so loved, especially the geraniums. Heavens gardens will be even more beautiful with June there to help.
The loss of a mother brings great sorrow but leaves you with all your happy memories you have shared together.
Our prayers and thoughts are with you at this sad time. She will be sadly missed.

To my dearest friend Pat and all her family my sincere condolences. She was a lovely lady who truly enjoyed her garden. I will always remember her puttering away in her garden but always took time to offer a friendly wave and a smile. RIP.
