Many years have passed since we crossed paths, David. I remember in the 50’s when Brooks and I went to the football games. Your father was at the Montreal Gazette with Vern DeGeer, my father-in-law. I remember you travelling to Quebec City to visit Lolly before you were married. May she Rest In Peace.

    To David, Gary and Laurie:

We are so sad to hear Lolly passed away. The Lauries were all a special part of my childhood as Deanna was my best friend. I spent a lot of fun times with them on Frazer St in Quebec City and on McLynn in Montreal.
    Lolly was a beautiful person.
Our sincere condolences to all the family.

Once in a while you meet someone that touches your heart with a smile, and then a laugh, this person crosses your path for a reason, maybe for a short journey or one that lasts for a very long time.To be remembered as a person who brought joy to all who met her is something very special indeed. Laurie, I remember your mom as that person. Our thoughts are with you and your family. Pass the Pan Loll!
    Sincerely Val & Jeff

To the greatest and Grandest Auntie who ever there was, we will miss you greatly… You were our Matriarch, mother, sister, auntie, cousin, godmother, wife, grandmother, spiritual leader and of coarse resident Doctor. You gave us all such an example of how to live and live right. Your kindness and generosity were two of your greatest attributes! Above all you gave us the gift of laughter and oh how you made us laugh. Your memory, moreover your quips/sayings and stories will live for generations to come. To Uncle Dave, your 7 decade long love story with Loll still gives us all such happiness. Laurie and Gary we all share your loss…if there was ever a Godliness on earth personified, it was your Mom, Lolly.

    Sincerely your nephew Rick.(Ricky)

My heart goes out to David and his family.
Lolly was a lovely lady and I always looked forward to helping her when I had a shift on her floor.
It was a blessing to see David and Lolly regularly ; they shared together the ultimate devotion of husband and wife that only true love can bring.
David……”when in her presence she gave you a touch of heaven ; now she gives heaven a touch of home”.
You were the best husband / partner ….. until you meet again…..she will be your watchful angel.

    Sincerely, Colleen McKerry (PSW)
