Suddenly at his home, Schomberg, on Thursday November 26th, 2015. Peter Brookes, in his 77th year, beloved husband of Margaret Brookes (nee Pratt). Loving father of Jamie and Valerie of Calgary, Alberta, Caroline and Dean McClelland, and Michael and Charity, all of Aurora. Remembered with love by his grandchildren; Nolan, Graham, Holly, Jillian, Claire, and Tobias. Dear brother of Michael and Stephanie Brookes in Norwich, England.
Funeral service will be held in Nobleton United Church, 6076 King Road, Nobleton, 11:00 am Wednesday December 2nd, 2015 followed by a private family interment in Nobleton Community Cemetery. A reception for family and friends will follow in the Church Hall. Donations in Peter’s memory to the Mission and Service Fund of Nobleton United Church would be appreciated by the family.
