Peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family, on Saturday February 28, 2015 at the Bob Rumball Home in Barrie. Rita Ryan, in her 91st year, beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Findlay. Loving sister of Frances Ryan, Kay Coles (the late Milton), and the late Mary Kearns, Rose Ryan, and Pat Ryan. Loved by her adoring Nieces and Nephew: Doreen Dubreuil (the late Ray), Pat Baguley (the late Bob), Linda Woolner (Doug), and Barry Kearns. Sadly missed by her great nieces: Michelle Brown (Jim), and the late Tracy Woolner, and her great great nieces: Miranda (Brandon) Browne, and Casandra, and her great great great nephews: Jacoby and Karsyn. Forever in the hearts of all her extended family, friends, and staff at the Bob Rumball Home Barrie.
The family will receive friends at Rod Abrams Funeral Home 1666 Tottenham Rd., Tottenham 905-936-3477, on Thursday March 5, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. James Church Colgan on Friday March 6, 2015 at 11am. Interment to follow in St. James Cemetery.
