Trudy and family:
Although you and I have never met I just want to say Roger and I have become steadfast friends over the last couple of years. We meet a couple of times a week for coffee at our coffee club at Cheers at Beeton. I just read the death notice on my computer and I’m still shaking. I can’t believe it. God bless you all.
Jane & John Staples says
Steve:
We are so sad to hear of your Dad’s passing. You have been such a kind and considerate friend to Ryan dating back to Country Wonderland.
I remember Ryan telling us how your Dad insisted on taking off your hat in the house – just good manners.
Our thoughts are with you at this sad time.
Trudy our thoughts go out to you as well. Our kids go a long way back – to the innocent times.
Dave Wilson, Dublin, Ireland says
Roger was a forever young guy, full of curiosity and interest in people and all sorts of things. He matched that quality with the virtue of politeness; his enquiries were always engaging and never intrusive. He was a truly nice man. My heart goes out to Trudy and the family.
Karen & Richard Geurts says
Roger always had a cheerful wave and smile as he did his walks up and down the 15th. We’re so sorry to hear of his sudden passing.
