Yvonne and I were moved by the celebration of life gathering. The tribute slide show was indicative of my memories of Sharon. Growing up I know she was the life of all gathering with my aunts/uncles and cousin. Dave, Laura and Matt – thanks for including us with everyone who shared cherished memories of Sharon. We wish each of you the best and you have our sincerest condolences in this most challenging time.

Both Drina and I are saddened with the passing of Sharon. She was an awesome neibourgh. She was a warm, gentle and loving lady. A true gift to us all. She made us smile, she made us laugh and she will be greatly missed on Wolfe Corner. Our prayers and thoughts are with you during these difficult times.

I found this quote by an un known author. It fits your mother perfectly.

“There’s magic in a Mother’s touch, and sunshine in her smile. There’s love in everything she does to make your lives worthwhile. You can find both hope and courage just by looking in her eyes. Her laughter is a source of joy, her works are warm and wise. There is a kindness and compassion to be found in her embrace and will see the light of heaven shining from a her face.”

    ” A Prayer For Sharon.”
God Saw Sharon Was Getting Tired, A Cure Was Not To Be.So He Put His Arm Around Her And Whispered “Sharon,
Come With Me”. With Tearful Eyes,You Watched Her Suffer,And Saw Her Fade Away.Although We Loved Her Dearly,We Could Not Make Her Stay.A Golden Heart Stopped Beating,Hard Working Hands To Rest. God Broke Our Hearts To Prove To Us…He Only Takes “The Best”. May The Many Great Memories You Have Help To Bring Some Peace And Comfort At This Difficult Time!
    Love You All

Don’t think of her as gone away–
    her journey’s just begun
    life holds so many facets
    this earth is only one.
Just think of her as resting
from the sorrows and the tears
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years.
Think how she must be wishing
    that we could know today
    how nothing but our sadness
    can really pass away.
And think of her as living
in the hearts of those she touched…
for nothing loved is ever lost–
and she was loved so much.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time…Carol
