    My memories of Sue back in the HP days will always be remembered with Sue calling me to crawl under her desk to fix something and I enjoyed every call as she was alway great for a good laugh. Sue will be missed and will always be in my thoughts and prayers.
    My condolences to Dave, Kelly, Tracy and Terri.

    To Dave, girls and family we send you our heartfelt condolences in your loss of a dear wife and mom. We recall with smiles our times as neighbours on Walkem Drive during the years of 1968-71, our children were babies and preschoolers. In fact, Terrie spent her days with us when Sue first went back to work. Although we didn’t keep in good touch, Alden would sometimes drop by when he travelled in the area. We recall lots of laughs as neighbours and will recall that Sue(Bubbles)had a real love for life and people

    Be at peace,
    Carole, Alden & Paul Malcomson, London and Kelly-Anne, Whitehorse, Yukon.

    Dear Dave, Tracy, Kelly, and Terrie,

    I’m so sorry to hear of Sue’s passing. You all have my sympathy and I wish I could be there on Saturday to celebrate her life with you .
    Sue was one of my oldest and dearest friends. What I loved most about her was her sense of humor, her loyalty to her friends, her love for her family, and the way she never took any bullshit from anybody. My favorite memories are of us sitting around her kitchen table in Illinois in the early 70’s. Quite often Terrie would be in my lap. Tracy and Kelly were in school. She and I would talk about anything and everything. You guys were my second family. Thinking back on it, I actually preferred you to my real family. The time came when I moved to Oklahoma and you all went back to Canada, but Sue and I always kept in touch. Sue was one of my oldest and dearest friends. I will miss her with all my heart, and I am so grateful for having known her. She picked a special day to leave us. Not a Christmas will ever go by that I won’t think of her with love, and celebrate her life with a glass of wine and a smile.

    Sue and I met in 1984 and instantly connected. We started working together in 1992 and became fast friends. We had so many good times and laughs those years at HP. When we both got early retirement packages it became easier to get together for lunches and escapes to my trailer and later on the cottage. We had great fun times. It is so very hard to believe you are gone – Rest in Peace my very good friend, Sue! We will continue to include you in all our gatherings, toasting you with a glass of wine! My heartfelt condolences to Dave, Tracy, Kelly & Terri

    Sue and I had many a laugh in the smoking room at HP. We did not keep in touch but I thought about her often. Dave and the girls our thoughts are with you. We cannot be at the celebration as we now live in Mexico.

    I was deeply saddened and shocked to hear about Sue passing away on Christmas Day. While Sue and I did not keep in touch after leaving HP, I remember her well, she was a super person, yes, she will be deeply missed, Sue had so many very good friends and a loving family.

    Dave, Tracy, Kelly, Terri and family. I was so glad to speak to Tracy after Sue’s passing. I have known Sue for many years, she was a wonderful lady and knew how to have fun and enjoy herself.She will be remembered fondly. I would like to share the following with you which have brought comfort to me and to many others:

    “Death leaves a heartache
    No one can heal;
    Love leaves a memory
    No one can steal”

    “Words, however kind,
    can’t mend your heartache:
    but those who care and
    share your loss wish you
    comfort and peace of mind.
    May you find strength
    in the love of family
    and in the warm embrace
    of friends”

    Deepest Sympathy to all of you and God Rest Her Soul.

    Kindest Regards,
    Pauline (Allen) Oliff

    Tracy and family: will not be able to make it to your Mom’s celebration of life but know that my thoughts are with you and your family;

    WHEN I COME TO THE END OF THE ROAD AND THE SUN HAS SET FOR ME, I WANT NO RITES IN A GLOOM FILLED ROOM! WHY CRY FOR A SOUL SET FREE! MISS ME A LITTLE – BUT NOT TOO LONG AND NOT WITH YOUR HEAD BOWED LOW, REMEMBER THE LOVE THAT WE ONCE SHARED MISS ME – BUT LET ME GO. FOR THIS IS A JOURNEY WE MUST ALL TAKE AND EACH MUST GO ALONE; IT’S ALL PART OF THE MASTER’S PLAN A STEP ON THE ROAD TO HOME., WHEN YOU ARE LONELY AND SICK OF HEART GO THE THE FRIENDS WE KNOW AND BURY YOUR SORROWS IN DOING GOOD DEEDS. Dave & girls. We want to send our deepest thoughts and prayers to you all at this time. We go back a long way and I feel so blessed to have kept in totch with you all over the years from the time you moved to the East Coast to where you are now. We’ve had a lot of laughs over the years and that is how I remember Sue. I especially can see her right now with that look with the one eye brow up. I am sure your support as a loving family made this time in you life easier to deal with. Again our deepest sympathy and prayers are with you all at this time. Keep the faith, I am sure Sue is up there now having a good laugh with Jessie, Whup & Vie and all the old trailer park crew. Take care and God Bless you all. Love Janet & Rocky

    And what a beautiful lady and friend she was. I am sending my deepest sympathies to everyone. Although the thought of not having Sue in our lives fills my heart and soul with grief I do not wish her back to endure more suffering. She has left you all each other to lean on for support through this difficult time so draw all the comfort you can from that. She was everything a friend should be, understanding, caring, and above all completely non judgmental. She liked to laugh and enjoy life with her family and friends and there was no one more important to her than that. My family raised a glass of wine to her at our Christmas dinner and I know Sue would want it that way (the less tears the better). May you rest in peace my friend.
    Love Kay & Burt Neilson
