  1. Judy Steppacher says

    June 4, 2017 at 5:58 pm

It was late in October 1972 that I first met Ute, instantly we became best friends, the next year we became Sister-in-laws. I have spent many happy days with Ute and her family. Sometimes marathon shopping or yard sale days with a few stops at a Timmie’s along the way. Sleep overs, camping, fishing, tears of happiness, also tears of sorrow. She was someone who I could call or drop in on and always made me feel welcome. She was more then a sister-in-law, she was my best friend, my sister also. I will miss her deeply, she was very loved. She was unpredictable, decorated constantly, loved to find bargains, plus everyone loved her so much. Best friends for 45 years, I feel blessed to have known and loved her.
