    Chris,
Sorry about your dad. I have a lot of great memories at the cottage and our teen years. It would be nice to here from you. My mom still lives on Ambleside. I’m in St. Catharines now.
Love to here from you. Ruth

    Mark,
I was sorry to hear your Dad had passed on . He must have still been a vital guy at the time and , therefore ,a shock to pass so suddenly.Especially tough on you and the family that way.
    My Sympathies,
    Joe Carrier

    Chris, Paul & Taylor,
So terribly sorry to hear of your Dad’s passing – we only met him once but we knew instantly what a wonderful person he was. He welcomed us into his home (& pool) with open arms and was very entertaining on that hot summer day to say the least.
    Thinking of you,
    Linda & Grant

We loved having George as a favourite neighbour in South Bay. He was always happy and energetic; making campfires, fishing, landscaping, golfing and fixing just about everything. I once traded him a bass for a melon, as he was much better at cleaning fish! Always an optimist, George was as pleasant as a summer sunset. He cherished his family and friends and always kept in touch. Deepest sympathy to Chris and Taylor and family. We are thinking of you.
    Hugs,
    Sherry Stoneman and family

I had the privillege of living with George, Chris and Taylor for two years. This wonderful family took me into their home when I was new in town and began my teaching career. Grandpa George would always start my car for me in the winter and could always be counted on to assist in any project or adventure we decided to take on. Whether it was sawing logs to make a snowman for Christmas craft night, baking cookies for school, trick or treating or playing cards, Grandpa George was up for anything. A true friend with a kind heart, he was always doing whatever he could to make the lives of other people better. Chris, Taylor, and Paul my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Grandpa George was loved by all and will be greatly missed. Love “Old” Jenny.

I will miss your great smile and little giggle. I used to love it when it snowed. George was always the first one out shoveling when he lived in Tottenham. He had the cleanest driveway in town. Such a nice man. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
