Ryan: Sarah Elizabeth (Betty)
With feelings of profound sadness that she is gone but immense gratitude for all that she was and the memories she left us, we, her family, announce the passing of Betty Ryan. Formerly of Rich Hill and Bradford, Mom passed away on Wednesday April 24th at Southlake Village in Newmarket where she had resided for the past five years.
Beloved wife of the late Pat, cherished Mom of Jim, Marie de Peuter (Lawrence), Joanne Spurrell (Leon), Dave, the late Andy (Holly) and the late Teresa. Awesome Granny to the late Kevin, Brian (Elizabeth), Greigory (Sheila), Jeffrey (Krystal), Jody (John), Thomas (Michelle), Dillon, Cassandra and Chelsea. Very special Great Granny to Joshua, Nadine and Steven; Kieran and Anja; Van and Allie; Audrey and Lucy and Kayleigh. Remembered with love by Paulette and Judy. Predeceased by her only sister Merle Findlay. Mom will be fondly remembered by her nephews, Bill, Ray, Eric, Don and Roger and their families and will be sorely missed by her best friend since childhood, Olga Severn.
In keeping with Mom’s wishes, a private memorial gathering will be held at a later date at Mount Tegart Cemetery, Tottenham.
