Dear Colleen, Bruce and family. Sharing my sympathy for the loss of your Dad. Known as Uncle Bob to me. Simply put, he was always very kind to my family and knew just what to do when his brother Alvin needed care and support. Forever grateful and rest easy now. A very kind soul.

To the family of Bob Wood,
my husband and I offer our deepest condolences. We remember Bob when he worked at 4900 Yonge Street with Dr. Bill Davis in the import section of Agriculture Canada. We sat quite close to him and saw on a daily basis how patient and though an individual he was, drawing our daily admiration, given his work could be quite demanding! We will always remember his calm and cheerful manner. Best wishes Nina Szpakowski & John Tattersall.

Bob Wood was a true friend. I will miss his regular phone calls, “How are you Ron”. I would answer, “I am alive and kicking”.
I have known Bob for years and years. Bob and Kay used to have the next bungalow to ours in Bucerias, Mexico. They had a cottage a few doors down from us in Bala, Ontario. We used to square dance with them at Happy Hoppers, Newmarket.
We used to enjoy our dinner visits with Bob and Donna.
Rest in Peace, my good friend.

We would like to extend our sympathies to Bob Wood’s family. We were sorry to hear that he had passed away. Bob was an active participant in our community groups and Schomberg United Church. In later years we would often see him at Tim Horton’s before a Masonic or cemetery board meeting.
He had a good sense of humour and a lot of common sense!
Bob will be greatly missed! Mary and Patti Agnew
