I remember meeting Carole for the first time and thought what a beautiful smile she has. Then she mentioned,
she played the guitar. I was compelled to ask ” Will you play?” Then Gord joined in with the harmonica.
It was a fun day filled with music and lots of laughter and memories re-kindled of an old friend, Sarah who had lived near me and since passed away.
I am saddened to hear of Carole’s passing and extend my condolences to the Bayley family and Gord.
Dubravka (Debbie) Davy and Family says
I was saddened to hear of the passing of Carole Bayley and extend our deepest condolences to her family and loved ones. Although I never had the privilege of meeting Carole, I know how dearly she was loved by Gordon Laird — my father, Miro Milinkovic’s, best friend — and how much joy they shared in their 14 years together.
It brings comfort to know that Carole was surrounded by family and received such compassionate care in her final days at Matthews House Hospice. May her memory live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
With heartfelt sympathy to all,
Dubravka (Debbie) Davy and Family

Carol was one of my favourite musician/supporters/friend. She was always there with a radiant, warm smile; she had a whimsical sweet laughter that in many ways was her personality and I did appreciate the support she provided when I was running the Rosemont Dance.. Certainly a force to be dealt with and a true defender of principles. One light out on earth to join the many bright star-lights in heaven.
Reg and Lynda Mosher says
Our sincere condolences to all of Carole’s family and friends. We have known Carole since she came into my father’s life 14 years ago, and she made these last 14 years very happy for him. Music was their “thing” and they spent many enjoyable hours listening to and playing music together.
Dad will have a big void in his life now, but he will relish the many wonderful memories they once shared, and he is at peace knowing that Carole is no longer suffering or in pain.
