    Jim & Family
So very sorry for your loss.
Daphne was one of our very first employees at the IGA in Tottenham. When we had a break in a few months after opening, Daphne had to go to court with us in Toronto. She had sewn the bags for her till that held the coin & she could identify them. We introduced Daphne to Swiss Chalet on Yonge Street & she became a fan! The last time we saw her was at the Swiss Chalet in Alliston some time ago.
She was given so many burdens to carry but was always hopeful in spite of everything.
    Rest in peace Dear Daphne.
    Love Bob & Pat

Jim, Steven, Lynda, Junior and Rosalind, we are heartbroken to learn of Daphne’s passing. It is hard to believe that it was near forty years ago we met and together watched our famillies grow. She had that distinct raspy voice and accent that you always knew who was speaking to you. I know that you have endured the pains and sorrows of life and yet there was always that smile and hug when we met. I am sure it was those deep fried wedges that kept her strenghth up to endure that awful disease. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and for Daphne’s pure Newfie Soul. Hugs and love, Ken and Bonnie Pratt and our girls
