Sincere sympathy extended to all the Hollingshead families in the loss of Ellen. I fondly remember Ellen from our childhood days, playing ball together, and as a valued member of our Schomberg Snowmobile Club. My sincerely condolences to the Hollingshead families.
Many, many years ago, Ellen and I played on the Tottenham Baseball Team, since I was too young to drive, Ellen was kind enough to drive me to all our away games, each and every one. I have always remembered that ‘kindness’. She also had an expression I remember, ‘say’. We had great conversations in her car.
At the games that Ellen pitched, she was always calm and cool, never lost her temper and always had a smile for everyone.
Thanks for the memories, Ellen!
