Enrico ‘Ed’ Tittoto

In Memorial

Tittoto, EnricoIt is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Enrico “Ed” Tittoto. He passed away peacefully at Matthew’s House Hospice, in the loving arms of his wife, Elizabeth Tittoto, and his adopted daughter, Brittney Hatton, after a long battle with liver disease.
Enrico will be remembered as someone who lived life to the fullest. He was known for his sense of humour and wit in every conversation whether in person or over the phone as well as his conscientiousness, vitality, determination, and the deep love he showed for his family and friends.
In addition to his wife and daughter, Enrico will be deeply missed by his brothers, Guido and Sergio, and his nephew Michael (Alessia) Tittoto. He was a proud granduncle to Charlotte.
A talented tradesman and proud member of IBEW Local 353, Enrico worked as an electrician for decades. He left his mark on numerous major projects, including Pearson Airport Terminal 2 following in the footsteps of his late father, Nino, who worked on Terminal 1 as well as Oakville Ford, Southlake Hospital, and many others. Though the work could be dangerous, it was a profession he truly loved.
Enrico had a passion for fishing and often spoke fondly of his end-of-summer trips with the Galloway family. He was also an active member of the Alliston Sportsmen’s Club, where he volunteered as a Range Safety Officer (RSO). He had a deep appreciation for cars, from his favourite blue and white Z28 Camaro to his blue Sonata, caring for them with pride and dedication.
He also loved to travel, embracing adventure wherever he went. In later years, Enrico and his wife enjoyed taking day trips to cities across Ontario, creating many cherished memories together.
Enrico cared deeply for those closest to him, and he will be greatly missed by the many lives he touched. His wisdom and memory will live on through the lasting impact he made on the world and on those he loved.
Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Enrico’s Life will be held in the Cliffside Hall on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Rd., Tottenham (905-936-3477).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Matthew’s House Hospice, and you are also encouraged to consider registering as an organ and tissue donor at BeADonor.ca. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at www.RodAbramsFuneralHome.com.

Elizabeth and family, so sorry for your loss. I shared many of those moments with Enrico, fishing shooting and enjoying laughs. He was a good man and he’ll be missed, but certainly never forgotten.

Dear Elizabeth offering deepest sympathies. Although we only associated a few times on Burke street my first impression was that he deeply loved you and had an amazing sense of humour. You are in our thoughts xo Aldo and Audrey

Enrico battled his health challenges with grace, determination and humility. I am so sorry that despite his best efforts he succumbed to his illness. He has touched so many people and I felt privileged to have known him. His love for Elizabeth was incredible. We can truly celebrate his life and what he has given us all.

Our deepest condolences to you and the family. We first met Enrico at the Tottenham community centre gym. Mike and Enrico hit it off almost instantly talking about cars. He would often talk about how he likes to drive to various places in his car. He was witty and had a keen sense of humour with a touch of sarcasm. He will be greatly missed, best regards to Elizabeth and family. ❤️

We are so sorry to hear about the passing of my dear lifelong friend Enrico.
Our sincere condolences to Elizabeth and Brittney and to his Brothers Guido and Sergio and the rest of the family.
Enrico and I go back to when we first became friends at Chaminade High School.
We then reconnected a few years later through our late mutual friend Calvin Galloway, who always invited us to the Family fishing trips. We had a lot of laughs and sang a lot of songs and even caught a few fish over the years on those trips.
We ended up living close to each other in the Tottenham area, and Enrico was always a part of my family and friends get togethers over the years.
He always had a great sense of humour and he was a very clever guy who was always quick to offer help or advise for any repair issues I might of had around the house.
He was always close to my late Mother as he once helped her out of a difficult situation with the guys who were moving her house. They had tried to take advantage financially, but Enrico strongly advised them against the idea. The guys went running away as qucikly as possible! It was hilarious how he handled that and my Mom always appreciated his kind gesture. So many other stories to tell, but not enough space to type them all.
He was like a brother to me and he will be missed very much.
    Rest in Peace Brother.
    Love, Chris and Cecilia Joakim
