Frank George Smith passed away suddenly at home surrounded by loved ones Wednesday October 31, 2012. Born on October 9th, 1931 in Verdun, Quebec. Loving father to Frank George Smith Jnr.(pre-deceased), Glen McCartney Smith of Beeton and Kelly Anne Smith of Palgrave, and father-in law to Glenda Smith of Beeton. Loving grandfather to Ariel, Andi, Angela and Shawn. Following cremation a private graveside service was held Saturday November 3rd at 11:00 a.m. at Elgin Mills Cemetery, Richmond Hill where Frank was interned with his son Frank Jr. . Following was a celebration of life at Kelly Smith’s in Palgrave.
