Dear Dirk and family, it is always a shock to receive such news . Deepest condolences to you all. I remember when my dad died, i was eleven, USSR collapsed (terrible times on top of everything) my mom sat us with my brother and said…..its 3 of us left, we have to stay strong and be there for each other. All my mom though to herself – she had 2 universities to take care of and two weddings to arrange. You are – your kid’s rock, idol, man to go to for advice now. God give you health and strength !
You are all In our prayers. Helen Rende

Dear, Dirk, Sami, Tyler, Peggy, Bill and the rest of the family

My sincere condolences to you all in the coming days, months and year ahead in loss of Gail. She was a warrior and fought a hard fight. My heart breaks for you all as I can only imagine how incredibly hard it was to watch someone you love go through something like Cancer. I remember some of the great stories she would tell me about some Welcome Wagon visits that she went on of getting stuck in the mud and losing a shoe/sandal to dogs also taking her shoes she certainly had some adventures and like myself we made some great new friends. I am sure Lisa will be there welcoming her with open arms and that the two of them will shine down and protect you all. RIP Gail out of pain. Until we meet again!
