Passed away peacefully on Aug 22. 2024 in Beeton, ON. Loving husband of the late Mary Gibb. Loved dad to Kevin (Allison) and Stacey. Proud Pa to Isla. George will be missed by his extended family and many friends. Together with Mary, George owned and operated George’s Auto for many years in both Beeton and Haliburton. The family would like to thank Dr. M McCann and the many Nurses and PSWs that took such great care of him. A celebration of George’s life will be held on Sunday Sept. 15th from 12 – 4 at Kevin’s house in Orangeville. Please reach out to Kevin or Stacey for the address. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Matthews House Hospice or the Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated. George was a great man . I will always remember coming up the the cottage with my brother scott to vist Kevin to go water skiing . I’ll never forget how George would love the speed of his boat. Because he loved hitting that throttle hard.
