Langley, Gregory Joseph

died peacefully on Monday January 12, 2004 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of the late Mary Eileen (nee McGinty). Father of Josephine (Raymond) Porter of Kemptville, Ontario and Gregory (Karen LaBine) of Banff, Alberta. Forever cherished by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Greg was the son of the late William Joseph Langley and Mary Theresa (Mae) Langley (nee Casserly). Survived by his eldest sister Mary Theresa (Mamie) Webster ( Art ) of Barrie, Ontario. Predeceased by sister Genevieve (McGinty) and brothers Ambrose, Harry, Vince, Lorne, John and Charles. He is survived by two brother-in-laws and five sister-in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews. Greg was a veteran of the second World War and a loyal member of the Fourth Degree of the Knights of Columbus. Visitation : Friday, January 16, 2-4 pm, 7-9 p.m. and Saturday, January 17, 9-10:30 a.m. at Rod Abrams Funeral Home Tottenham, Ontario (905) 936-3477. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. James Catholic Church in Colgan, Ontario at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2004. Internment to follow in St. James Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Diabetes Association, Memorial Masses or to the charity of choice would be appreciated.
